SMS opt-in & consent

We collect your phone number and music preferences only when you text PITPAL to opt in. We use this solely to send you personalized concert recommendations.

Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will never be shared, sold, or used for marketing by any third party or affiliate (as required by CTIA guidelines). All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We do not require consent to SMS as a condition of purchase or service. You can opt out anytime by texting STOP.

Music streaming integration

Connecting your Spotify or Apple Music account is completely optional. We will only access your listening data (such as top artists or heavy rotation) if you give us explicit consent by replying “connect” and approving the connection. You can revoke this permission at any time.

How we use your information

• To send you personalized show recommendations and ticket links
• To provide a better experience based on your music taste
• To send occasional post-show follow-ups
• To mail you occasional surprise gifts (at no charge to you) if you qualify through our loyalty program

We do NOT

• Sell your personal data
• Share your data with third parties except as necessary for SMS delivery (Twilio), payments (Stripe), or shipping gifts (postal service)
• Purchase tickets on your behalf (we only send direct links to official sellers)
• Store your payment information

Gifts

From time to time, active users may receive free surprise gifts (stickers, posters, merch, etc.) mailed to the address you provide. We cover all shipping costs.

Data retention & your rights

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by texting “STOP” or “CANCEL”
• You can request deletion of your data at any time by texting “DELETE”
• You can ask us what data we hold on you
