1. Service description

Pit Pal is a text messaging service that sends personalized live music recommendations and direct ticket links in the Austin area.

2. Pit Pal messaging program terms

Program name: Pit Pal
Program description: Recurring personalized Austin live music show recommendations + one-click ticket links delivered by text.

By texting PITPAL to (830) 742-0054 you consent to receive messages from Pit Pal.

Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies (typically 3–8 messages per month).
30 days free, then $9 per month. Cancel anytime by texting STOP.
Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18+ to subscribe.

3. Ticket purchasing

Pit Pal provides information and direct links to official ticket sellers.

Pit Pal does not purchase, reserve, or complete any ticket transactions on behalf of users. All purchases are made directly by you on the official ticketing website. We are not responsible for ticket availability, pricing changes, sold-out events, or any issues with third-party ticket sellers.

4. Pricing & billing

$9 per month
You can cancel anytime by texting “STOP”, “CANCEL”, or “UNSUBSCRIBE”.
No long-term contracts. Charges are processed via Stripe.

5. Cancellation

Text “STOP” or “CANCEL” at any time. Your subscription will end at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable use & limitations

You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with Pit Pal in violation of any ticketing platform's terms of service.

Pit Pal is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any missed events, ticket issues, or losses resulting from using our service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pit Pal and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
